The posting

Уход и наблюдение за пациентами. Оценивают, насколько человек самостоятелен в быту, выявляют потребность в помощи. Выполняют медицинские манипуляции: кормление тяжелобольных, уход за зондами, катетерами, профилактика пролежней (правильное позиционирование, смена положения), транспортировка пациентов. Динамически наблюдают за состоянием и при ухудшении сразу сообщают врачу. Выполнение врачебных назначений. Делают инъекции (внутримышечные, подкожные, внутривенные), трансфузии (под наблюдением врача), ставят капельницы, проводят другие процедуры. Контролируют, как пациент соблюдает режим: принимает ли лекарства, соблюдает ли двигательный режим и диету. Подготовка к процедурам и исследованиям. Помогают врачу при вмешательствах (ассистирование), готовят пациента к осмотру, анализам, инструментальным исследованиям (рентген, эндоскопия), операциям. Забор биоматериала. Берут анализы по назначению врача. Работа с лекарствами и материалами. Получают, хранят, ведут учёт лекарств, медизделий и лечебного питания, применяют их строго по инструкции. Неотложная помощь. Оказывают доврачебную помощь при острых состояниях, травмах, отравлениях, внезапных обострениях хронических болезней. Могут проводить базовую сердечно-лёгочную реанимацию. Профилактика. Проводят санитарно-просветительскую работу: консультируют пациентов и их родственников, пропагандируют здоровый образ жизни, участвуют в диспансеризации и диспансерном наблюдении. Санитарно-противоэпидемический режим. Организуют безопасное рабочее место, проводят дезинфекцию, предстерилизационную очистку, стерилизацию инструментов, контролируют качество этих процессов. Обеспечивают сбор и утилизацию медицинских отходов. Проводят экстренные профилактические мероприятия при аварийных ситуациях (риск инфицирования). Ведение документации. Заполняют медицинские карты, журналы учёта процедур, температурные листы, направления, рецепты. Сейчас активно используют электронные системы. Организация работы младшего персонала. В некоторых случаях медсестра контролирует выполнение обязанностей младшим медперсоналом. Работа с персональными данными. Соблюдают врачебную тайну, правильно обращаются с информацией, составляющей врачебную тайну.
