Определять оптимальный перечень мероприятий социально-психологической, социально-педагогической и социокультурной реабилитации и очередность их выполнения. Подбирать эффективные методы социально-педагогической и социально-психологической реабилитации получателя услуг в соответствии с его актуальным состоянием, уровнем развития, возрастом. Определять готовность реабилитанта к участию в индивидуальных и групповых программах реабилитации. Взаимодействовать с членами реабилитационной команды по вопросам комплексной реабилитации в интересах реабилитанта. Оценивать результаты реабилитационных мероприятий в соответствии с возможностями самого реабилитанта, его ближайшего окружения и средовых ресурсов.Применять методы и технологии ведения психологической поддержки, консультирования, а так же другие технологии и методы социально-психологической и социально-педагогической помощи получателям услуг с учетом их поведенческих, сенсорных, психомоторных и других особенностей. Протоколировать ход обследования, оформлять заключения по результатам индивидуального маршрута реабилитации, готовить отчеты, вести соответствующую документацию.Развивать и поддерживать обмен профессиональными знаниями с другими специалистами по комплексной реабилитации. Подавать заведующему отделением предложения и сведения о необходимых мероприятиях для повышения качества предоставляемых услуг.Вести необходимую документацию и составлять отчетность по установленной форме. Принимать участие в выездной работе в соответствии с утвержденным графиком выездов.Изучать и выполнять постановления, распоряжения, приказы, методические рекомендации.

На должность реабилитолога РОДПОВ назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профильное образование, профессиональную переподготовку на базе высшего образования, дополнительное профессиональное образование по специальным программам без требования к опыту практической работы. К работе не допускаются лица, имеющие или имевшие судимость за преступления, состав и виды которых установлены законодательством Российской Федерации. Обязательно прохождение медкомиссии.
