* Выполнение работ на фрезерном станке; * Фрезерование сложных деталей и инструмента по 6-7 квалитету с применением приспособлений и контрольно-измерительного инструмента. * Фрезерование наружных и внутренних поверхностей сложной конфигурации с труднодоступными лоя обработки и измерения местами; * Нарезание резьб и спиралей на универсальных и оптических делительных головках с выполнением всех необходимых расчетов; * Фрезерование сложных и крупногабаритных деталей и узлов; * Фрезерование зубьев шестерен и зубчатых реек по 8 степени точности; * Фрезерная обработка небольших партий изделий; * Установка оснастки, подбор инструмента; * Контроль работы по изготовлению деталей.

* Среднее профессиональное образование и квалификация (профессия) фрезеровщик 3-5 разряда; * Умение осуществлять подналадку узлов и механизмов; * Знание основ машиностроительного черчения; * Владение правилами чтения рабочих чертежей обрабатываемых деталей; * Работа в системе допусков и посадок, квалитеты точности и параметры шероховатости; * Знание устройства, назначений, правил и условий применения универсальных приспособлений для обработки поверхностей заготовок; * Знание конструкции, назначение, геометрические параметры и правила использования режущих инструментов, применяемых для обработки поверхностей заготовок * Умение производить настройку станков для обработки поверхностей заготовки в соответствии с технологической картой.
