- организовывать разработку и уточнение в установленном порядке документов мобилизационного планирования Министерства; - разрабатывать предложения по организации и обеспечению устойчивого управления в период действия военного положения, мобилизации и в военное время в Министерстве и подведомственных учреждениях; - организовывать разработку проектов нормативных правовых актов и методических документов по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки и функционирования Министерства в период действия военного положения, мобилизации и в военное время; - организовывать подготовку (в пределах своей компетенции) должностных лиц Министерства к работе в период действия военного положения, мобилизации и в военное время, в том числе на запасном пункте управления Правительства Омской области; - обеспечивать взаимодействие и координацию совместной деятельности Министерства с территориальными органами федеральных органов исполнительной власти по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки, непосредственной подготовки к переводу и перевода экономики Омской области на условия военного времени; - обеспечивать подготовку Министерства к участию в учениях и тренировках по переводу экономики Омской области на работу в условиях военного времени, обеспечению режима военного положения; - проводить анализ выполнения мероприятий по мобилизационной подготовке в Министерстве и готовить в установленном порядке доклады Министру по данному вопросу; - осуществлять в пределах своей компетенции контроль подготовки к вводу в действие мобилизационного плана экономики Омской области, нормативных правовых актов, принимаемых в Министерстве в период военного положения, в период мобилизации и в военное время; - осуществлять разработку и представление в установленные сроки Губернатору Омской области годового доклада о состоянии мобилизационной подготовки Министерства; - планировать, разрабатывать и осуществлять выполнение мероприятий по обеспечению режима секретности и защите государственной тайны в Министерстве; - проводить инструктаж работников Министерства, допущенных в установленном порядке к государственной тайне, по соблюдению требований режима секретности, оказывать необходимую методическую и практическую помощь структурным подразделениям и работникам Министерства при подготовке проектов документов, содержащих сведения, составляющие государственную тайну; - осуществлять взаимодействие Министерства по вопросам защиты государственной тайны с территориальными органами безопасности, органами по противодействию иностранным техническим разведкам, управлением Губернатора Омской области по защите государственной тайны, режимно-секретными подразделениями органов исполнительной власти Омской области, органов местного самоуправления Омской области, организаций;
