1. Формирование и развитие долгосрочных отношений с ключевыми иностранными партнёрами. 2. Проведение переговоров на русском, английском и хинди. 3. Организация международных деловых встреч и видеоконференций. 4. Подготовка переговорных стратегий и позиционных материалов. 5. Анализ потенциальных партнёров, их структуры, деловой репутации и специфики деятельности. 6. Выстраивание коммуникации между руководством компании и иностранными контрагентами. 7. Контроль выполнения достигнутых договорённостей. 8. Участие в международных проектах на всех стадиях от первичного контакта до долгосрочного сопровождения. 9. Подготовка аналитических материалов по индийскому рынку. 10. Представление компании на международных мероприятиях и переговорах. 11. Позиция предполагает самостоятельное ведение международного направления, включая переговорный процесс, коммуникацию с иностранными контрагентами, развитие партнёрской инфраструктуры и координацию взаимодействия между российской и индийской сторонами.

Обязателен реальный практический опыт, а не только знание языков. -Опыт работы в международных продажах, развитии бизнеса или работе с иностранными партнёрами от 3 лет. -Практический опыт самостоятельного ведения деловых переговоров. -Свободное владение русским, хинди и английским языками. -Навыки деловой переписки и подготовки коммерческих предложений. -Опыт работы с индийскими компаниями и контрагентами. -Навыки ведения переговоров и заключения договоров. -Умение анализировать рынок и информацию о потенциальных партнёрах. -Уверенное пользование Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, мессенджерами и сервисами видеоконференций. -Умение работать с CRM-системами желательно. -Ответственность, коммуникабельность, самостоятельность, организованность. -Самостоятельное ведение международных проектов. -Опыт представления интересов компании на переговорах с руководителями организаций. -Координация нескольких контрагентов и проектов одновременно. -опыт работы или длительного проживания в Индии; -наличие профессиональной сети контактов в Индии; -опыт взаимодействия с крупным индийским бизнесом; -знание региональной специфики различных штатов Индии; -опыт международных командировок; -опыт работы в международных компаниях.
