На хормейстера возлагаются следующие должностные обязанности: 1. Готовит с коллективом исполнение партий при подготовке новых концертных программ, новых и капитально возобновляемых постановок. 2. Ведет с артистами творческого коллектива групповые и индивидуальные занятия, добиваясь высокого профессионального уровня исполнения. 3. Составляет план исполнения произведения. 4. Подбирает вокальный репертуар, использует вокальные упражнения и попевки для настройки голосового аппарата, сглаживает регистровые переходы. 5. Осуществляет дирижирование произведениями различных типов. 6. Анализирует эмоционально-образное содержание произведения. 7. Добивается высоких художественных результатов исполнения музыкального произведения творческим коллективом при помощи развитой мануальной техники. 8. Ведет репетиционную работу с творческими коллективами различного состава. 9. Анализирует музыкальную форму. 10. Определяет на слух последовательности интервалов с разрешением или в тональности. 11. Использует сольную вокальную музыку различной звуковысотной организации и уровня метроритмической сложности во всех формах работы по сольфеджио. 12. Раскрывает музыкально-драматургический замысел композитора. 13. Определяет жанр, форму, вокальные особенности партитуры, музыкальные художественно-выразительные средства. 14. Выявляет трудности исполнения музыкальных произведений. 15. Анализирует на слух развернутые гармонические последовательности. 16. Контролирует качество исполнения произведения на спектаклях текущего репертуара. 17. Обеспечивает соблюдение производственной и творческой дисциплины в коллективе во время проведения представлений, репетиций, занятий. 18. Принимает непосредственное участие в подготовке и проведении мероприятий по повышению профессионального мастерства творческих работников организации исполнительских искусств, в работе по пропаганде исполнительских искусств, направленной на расширение зрительской аудитории. 19. Один раз в пять лет, согласно утвержденного графика проходить обязательную аттестацию на соответствие занимаемой должности.
