Вакансия компании: НПФ "ПОЛИТЕХНИКА" Общество с ограниченной ответственностью Научно-производственная фирма «Политехника» Чем предстоит заниматься Приём, регистрация и первичный анализ рекламаций от заказчиков и поставщиков (брак, несоответствие требованиям, повреждения при транспортировке, отказы в эксплуатации). Организация и участие в расследовании причин рекламаций: изучение рекламационных образцов; анализ сопроводительной документации, журналов производства, данных ОТК; взаимодействие с технологами, конструкторами, производством и отделом качества. Подготовка технических заключений и ответов клиентам: описание выявленных причин, принятых мер, предложений по замене, ремонту, допоставке и т.п. Оформление внутренней и внешней документации по рекламациям: акты, протоколы, письма, претензии поставщикам/перевозчикам. Контроль сроков и качества устранения рекламаций (замена, ремонт, доработка, возврат). Ведение базы рекламаций, подготовка отчётности для руководства (статистика по видам дефектов, причинам, проблемным узлам/операциям). Участие в разработке корректирующих и предупреждающих мероприятий, чтобы снижать количество повторных рекламаций. Наши ожидания от кандидата Высшее инженерное образование Понимание основ технологии производства: чтение чертежей, знание типовых процессов (обработка, сборка, контроль качества, испытания). Опыт работы в сфере рекламаций / качества / технического сервиса / технологической поддержки от 1 года будет преимуществом. Умение анализировать технические причины дефектов, выстраивать логическую цепочку «симптом причина мера». Навыки работы с технической и отчётной документацией, грамотная письменная речь (умение чётко и корректно писать ответы клиентам и внутренним подразделениям). Уверенное владение ПК: MS Office (Excel, Word), опыт работы в 1С / ERP / системах учёта рекламаций — желательно. Внимательность, системность, ответственность, способность работать с большим объёмом информации и задач. Будет преимуществом Опыт работы на производственном предприятии (в цехе, ОТК, отделе качества, технологическом отделе, сервисе). Знание основ систем менеджмента качества (ISO 9001, процедуры корректирующих и предупреждающих действий, 8D и аналоги). Опыт работы с ГОСТ/ТУ, нормативной и технической документацией. Навыки проведения входного, операционного и приёмочного контроля. Опыт взаимодействия с клиентами и поставщиками на техническом уровне.
