Разработка правовых документов. Участвует в создании договоров, соглашений, локальных нормативных актов (например, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка), а также иных документов правового характера. Методическая поддержка. Помощь другим подразделениям организации готовить правовые документы, а также может координировать эту работу. Правовая экспертиза. Проверка договоров, иных документов на соответствие закону, выявление рисков и предложение правок. Работа с претензиями и спорами. Подготовка обоснованных ответов на претензии контрагентов, участие в рассмотрении судебных и арбитражных дел. Участие в расследовании нарушений. Совместно с другими службами сбор материалов по фактам нарушений законодательства для передачи в суд или следственные органы. Укрепление дисциплины. Участие в разработке и реализации мер, которые помогают усилить договорную, финансовую и трудовую дисциплину, а также обеспечить сохранность имущества организации. Анализ практики. Изучение и обобщение опыта: рассматривает претензии, судебные дела, практику заключения и исполнения договоров. На основе этого анализа юрист предлагает, как устранить выявленные недостатки и улучшить работу компании. Оформление ответственности. В установленном порядке оформляет материалы для привлечения работников к дисциплинарной или материальной ответственности. Работа с нормативными актами. Юрисконсульт участвует в подготовке предложений об изменении действующих внутренних приказов и других актов либо об отмене утративших силу. Систематизация законодательства. ведёт учёт и хранение нормативных актов, отмечает в них изменения, дополнения или отмены, а также готовит справочную документацию (часто с использованием специализированных правовых баз). Консультирование и просвещение. Консультирует сотрудников и руководство по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам, помогает оформлять документы, а также информирует коллег о действующем законодательстве и его изменениях. Контроль. следит за тем, чтобы структурные подразделения своевременно предоставляли нужные справки, расчёты, объяснения например, для подготовки ответов на претензии. Представление интересов. В ряде случаев юрисконсульт может представлять интересы организации в судах, а также в отношениях с государственными или муниципальными органами.
