1. Уборка и подготовка номеров Текущая уборка: Ежедневная влажная и сухая уборка в номерах, где проживают гости (удаление пыли, чистка ковров пылесосом, мытье полов, вынос мусора). Выездная уборка: Полная санитарная обработка и подготовка номера после отъезда гостей для заселения новых постояльцев. Генеральная уборка: Проводится по графику (обычно раз в месяц или сезонно) и включает мытье окон, стирку штор, глубокую чистку мебели и всех труднодоступных мест. Уборка санузлов: Дезинфекция и мытье ванны/душевой кабины, раковины, унитаза, кафеля и зеркальных поверхностей. 2. Смена и учет белья Замена постельного белья и полотенец: Производится в соответствии со стандартами отеля (ежедневно или раз в несколько дней в текущих номерах, и обязательно при каждом выезде гостя). Сбор и сортировка: Комплектация грязного белья для отправки в прачечную. Контроль качества: Проверка чистоты и целостности свежего белья перед застилом (отсутствие пятен, дыр). 3. Комплектация номера (снабжение) Пополнение расходных материалов: Обновление запасов средств личной гигиены (мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, туалетная бумага, зубные наборы). Мини-бар и чайный набор: Проверка содержимого мини-бара (при выезде фиксируется расход для выставления счета) и обновление чайных/кофейных пакетиков, питьевой воды. Информационные материалы: Обновление буклетов, меню рум-сервиса, блокнотов и ручек. 4. Контроль технического состояния и сохранности имущества Проверка исправности техники: При уборке горничная проверяет работу кондиционера, телевизора, лампочек, фена, сантехники и электронного замка. В случае поломки она обязана подать заявку в техническую службу. Контроль сохранности: Проверка номера на предмет повреждения мебели или кражи имущества отеля после выезда гостей. Забытые вещи (Lost Found): Передача вещей, оставленных гостями, руководству или в специальную службу регистрации с фиксацией даты и номера комнаты. 5. Обслуживание гостей Выполнение запросов: Доставка в номер по просьбе гостей дополнительных подушек, одеял, гладильной доски или посуды. Служба стирки (Вали-сервис): Прием одежды гостей для передачи в прачечную/химчистку и доставка чистых вещей обратно в номер. Соблюдение конфиденциальности: Уважение личного пространства гостей, вежливое общение и строгое соблюдение правил ненападения на личную жизнь (не трогать личные вещи, документы, деньги). 6. Уборка служебных и общественных зон В некоторых отелях (особенно небольших) в обязанности горничной может входить поддержание чистоты в коридорах, на лестничных пролетах, в лифтовых холлах, служебных комнатах и зонах отдыха персонала.

Физическая выносливость: Работа предполагает постоянное нахождение на ногах и физический труд. Аккуратность и чистоплотность: Внимание к деталям (отсутствие разводов, волос, пыли в углах). Честность и порядочность: Материальная ответственность за имущество отеля и гостей. Знание стандартов гостеприимства: Понимание технологии уборки, правил использования бытовой химии и профессионального оборудования.
