управление проектом в области машиностроения; осуществление управления бюджетом проекта, контроль затрат и формирование финансовой отчетности; разработка и реализация Плана управления коммуникациями проекта; участие в закупочной деятельности и взаимодействие с китайскими поставщиками; осуществление контроля и организация строительно-монтажных работ и ввода в эксплуатацию; организация и проведение приемочных испытаний на площадке, контроль передачи готового объекта Заказчику и закрытия проекта; контроль получения разрешительной документации.

Высшее техническое образование (специалитет, магистратура) по направлениям: Математика и механика, Техника и технологии строительства, Химические технологии, Прикладная геология, горное дело, нефтегазовое дело и геодезия, Машиностроение, Управление инновационными проектами . Опыт работы в аналогичной должности (не менее 3 лет на позиции руководителя проекта, начальника отдела, главного технолога / ведущего инженера-конструктора, с ответственностью за реализацию проектов). Подтверждённый опыт управления полным циклом проектов (от идеи до ввода в эксплуатацию) в машиностроении или тяжелой промышленности. Владение методологиями: свободное владение классическим (каскадным) подходом к управлению проектами. Знание основ Agile/Scrum в R D задачах будет преимуществом. Навыки системного выявления, анализа, планирования реагирования и мониторинга проектных рисков (технических, временных, финансовых). Опытный пользователь ПО для управления проектами (MS Project, Jira, Asana) и средствами визуализации (MS Visio). Уверенное владение MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Опыт взаимодействия с заказчиками по техническим вопросам, а также по договорным и организационным аспектам проектов. Развитые коммуникативные и организационные навыки, умение координировать работу проектной группы. Высокая ответственность и внимательность к деталям, способность самостоятельно принимать технические решения в рамках своей компетенции. Готовность работать в смешанном формате (частично в офисе работодателя в г. Казань, частично удалённо)
