1.6.1. Организация системной работы по учету и постановке на контроль нормативных правовых актов администрации поселения (постановления, распоряжения администрации; протоколы совещаний, комиссий и т.д.). Контроль сроков представления информации по исполняемым документам; 1.6.2. Обеспечение учета, своевременной регистрации и передачи обращений граждан главе поселения и исполнителям. Обеспечивает контроль за прохождением и своевременным возвращением исполнителями обращений граждан со всеми документами по их исполнению; 1.6.3. Обеспечение рассмотрения обращений граждан и порядка подготовки ответов на обращения граждан, проведений приемов граждан; 1.6.4. Осуществление справочной работы по обращениям граждан, подготовка аналитических отчетов по обращениям граждан; 1.6.5. Создание муниципального архива; 1.6.6. Комплектование, хранение, учет и использовать архивных документов. 1.6.7. Знание порядка приема, регистрации, систематизации, хранения и использования архивных документов, порядка формирования и содержания муниципального архива; 1.6.8. Организация проведения протокольных мероприятий; 1.6.9. Знание избирательных права граждан Российской Федерации на выборах, референдуме; 1.6.10. Подготовка и проведение выборов, референдума; 1.6.11. Знание основных принципов проведения выборов, референдума; система избирательных комиссий, комиссий референдума. 1.6.12. Знание полномочий избирательных комиссий; 1.6.13. Формирование избирательных комиссий; 1.6.14. Знание полномочий представительных органов в избирательном (референдумном) процессе; 1.6.15.Знание системы представительных органов в Российской Федерации; 1.6.16. Знание принципов создания и деятельности общественных объединений; 1.6.17. Знание порядка участия политических партий, иных избирательных объединений в выборах и референдумах; 1.6.18. Организация работы Совета депутатов; 1.6.19. Ведение похозяйственного учета; 1.6.20. Ведение работы с ЛПХ, главами КФХ; 1.6.21. Ведение работы в области сельского хозяйства: статистические данные животноводству и растениеводству; 1.6.22. Оформление пакта документов на получение субсидий за сданную продукцию ЛПХ.

Ведущий специалист администрации Сладковского сельского поселения Лабинского района может иметь профессиональное образование по специальности, направлению подготовки: Государственное и муниципальное управление, Менеджмент, Юриспруденция, Политология, Управление персоналом, Социология (указанные специальности, направления подготовки определяются в дополнение к специальностям, направлениям подготовки, содержащимся в общих квалификационных требованиях)
