Помощь оператору в обслуживании и работе экструзионной линии (производство полиэтиленовой пленки): * загрузка сырья в бункер экструдера; * снятие готовой продукции с линии; * упаковка и маркировка продукции; * перемещение сырья и готовой продукции по цеху и складу; * поддержание порядка на рабочем месте; * выполнение других производственных операций в течение смены

Нам подойдет человек, который * хочет научиться новой профессии; * ответственно относится к своим обязанностям; * внимателен к оборудованию и производственному процессу; * готов к физической работе

Условия: * заработная плата от 95 000 ₽ на руки; * ежемесячная премия за освоение оборудования и выполнение более квалифицированной работы; * премии к Новому году; * возможность увеличения дохода за счет освоения дополнительных функций; * официальное трудоустройство; * стабильные выплаты 2 раза в месяц без задержек; * обучение непосредственно на производстве; * возможность повышения квалификации и перехода на должность оператора экструдера 1 разряда; * работа в Шлиссельбурге, на территории работодателя; * полная занятость У нас предусмотрена возможность роста до оператора 1 разряда. 3 разряд — стартовый уровень. Сотрудник выполняет рабочие и вспомогательные операции, помогает оператору 1 разряда и постепенно знакомится с оборудованием и технологическим процессом. Следующий уровень — освоение оборудования. Если сотрудник научился самостоятельно выполнять основные операции, понимает технологический процесс, умеет работать с оборудованием и участвовать в его настройке и переналадке, он может перейти на более квалифицированный уровень. За освоение дополнительных функций и самостоятельную работу с оборудованием - ежемесячная премия и присвоение 2 разряда. 1 разряд — полноценный оператор экструдера. Это уже самостоятельная работа на экструзионной линии: настройка и переналадка оборудования, контроль технологического процесса, поддержание необходимых параметров работы линии и контроль качества выпускаемой продукции. Таким образом, можно начать без опыта с рабочих операций и постепенно освоить профессию оператора экструдера.
