Установка и настройка оборудования и ПО. Специалист устанавливает операционные системы, пользовательские и сетевые программы на серверы, рабочие станции и периферийные устройства. Администрирование серверов и сетевого оборудования. Настройка и оптимизация работы серверов, сетевых устройств (коммутаторов, маршрутизаторов), обеспечение их бесперебойной работы. Мониторинг инфраструктуры. Регулярный контроль состояния серверов, сетевого оборудования и рабочих станций с помощью инструментов мониторинга (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG) для своевременного выявления и предотвращения сбоев. Резервное копирование и восстановление данных. Настройка регулярных автоматических бэкапов для серверов, баз данных и пользовательских файлов, а также восстановление информации при возникновении сбоев. Обеспечение информационной безопасности. Контроль безопасности межсетевого взаимодействия, защита серверов от несанкционированного доступа, настройка антивирусной защиты, брандмауэров, VPN, SSL-сертификатов, управление правами доступа пользователей. Обновление программного обеспечения. Отслеживание и установка обновлений операционных систем и прикладного ПО для закрытия уязвимостей. Инвентаризация технических средств. Учёт установленного оборудования и программного обеспечения. Участие в закупке оборудования и ПО. Подготовка предложений по приобретению необходимого оборудования, комплектующих и программного обеспечения. Настройка рабочих мест. Установка и первичная настройка программного обеспечения на новых рабочих станциях, подключение к сетевым ресурсам. Решение технических проблем. Первичная диагностика и устранение неполадок на рабочих станциях и в сети, включая восстановление утерянных файлов или доступа. Управление учётными записями. Создание и настройка учётных записей пользователей, распределение прав доступа. Обучение сотрудников. Проведение консультаций и обучение пользователей работе с корпоративными IT-системами. Организационные задачи Ведение технической и отчётной документации. Составление инструкций, регламентов, журналов учёта работ, отчётов о выполненных работах и возникших инцидентах. Участие в разработке схем послеаварийного восстановления. Участие в создании планов восстановления работоспособности систем. Анализ показателей использования ресурсов. Сбор данных для оценки эффективности работы IT-инфраструктуры. Разработка предложений по модернизации. Подготовка рекомендаций по оптимизации работы сети и серверов, внедрению новых технологий.
