The posting

- Оpганизация пoвceдневнoй работы офиса и его жизнеобеспечение (заказ воды, канцелярии, расходных материалов, хозяйственных товаров, продуктов - чай/кофе/печеньки, а также материалов и товаров для производства; контроль за работой офисной техники – оформление выездов инженеров, уход за растениями); - Прием и распределение входящих звонков, своевременное информирование коллег; - Коммуникация с администрацией, бухгалтерией, техслужбами, службой безопасности, службой клининга в БЦ и дистанционно с администрацией производства; - Работа с документами (приемка и первичный контроль корректности оформления поступающих документации (счета, акты, упд, договора, накладные), отправка и получение в почтовом отделении; отправка и получение курьерскими службами; сканирование, архивирование, запросы в компании в случае недостачи; ведение реестров входящей и исходящей документации; создание заявок на производство продукции; составление писем, работа в ЭДО – контроль поступающих документов); - Работа со службами доставки по отправке грузов (создание заявок, оформление, отслеживание получения, проверка счетов и документов, создание ЭТн для отправки грузов); - Работа с электронными почтами (5 адресов); - Организация командировок сотрудников (оформление приказов на командировки, оформление и покупка билетов, бронирование гостиниц, аренда автомобилей); - Работа с провайдерами офиса и производства (моб.связь, интернет, телефония - отслеживание балансов, проверка корректности выставленных счетов); - Помощь руководителю и сотрудникам в текущих задачах и вопросах; - Работа с торгами, тендерами (подача документов);

- Грамотная устная и письменная речь, вежливость; - Уверенное владение компьютером и офисными программами; - Умение работать в режиме многозадачности; - Аккуратность, внимание к деталям и пунктуальность. - Высшее образование; - Опыт работы с документацией; - Стаж работы не менее 5 лет;

Условия: - работа в стабильной компании (основана в 2001 г); - оформление по ТК РФ; стабильная заработная плата (выплаты 2 раза в месяц); - рабочий день 5/2 с 9:00 до 17:00, полная занятость; - срок выхода на работу: в ближайшее время; - офис в центре города. 10 минут от метро.
