обеспечивать соблюдение и исполнение федеральных законов, Указов и распоряжений Президента Российской Федерации, постановлений и распоряжений Правительства Российской Федерации, поручений Министерства экономического развития Российской Федерации, Министерства регионального развития Российской Федерации и иных органов государственной власти Российской Федерации, законов Тюменской области, постановлений и распоряжений Губернатора Тюменской области, постановлений и распоряжений Правительства Тюменской области в сфере закупок; своевременно исполнять поручения начальника отдела, начальника Управления; обеспечивать выполнение мероприятий региональных программ, ответственным исполнителем по которым является Управление, в рамках исполнения задач и функций, возложенных на отдел; готовить информацию о ходе реализации мер по противодействию коррупции в Управлении по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела; проверять наличие сообщений граждан и организаций о фактах совершения коррупционных правонарушений, в том числе поступающих через официальный портал органов государственной власти Тюменской области, осуществлять направление данной информации в правоохранительные органы; готовить информацию о проводимых мероприятиях по реализации Посланий Президента Российской Федерации по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела; участвовать в подготовке и проведении совещаний, семинаров и других мероприятий, проводимых Управлением; участвовать в подготовке и проведении обучающих мероприятий, оказании консультативной и методической помощи для государственных и муниципальных заказчиков по вопросам реализации Федерального закона от 05.04.2013 №44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд (далее- Федеральный закон №44-ФЗ); Федерального закона от 18.07.2011 №223-ФЗ О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц (далее-Федеральный закон №223-ФЗ); готовить ответы на письма (запросы) органов государственной власти, органов местного самоуправления, организаций, обращений граждан по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела, и др.
