Команда управления организации продаж корпоративным клиентам открывает кадровый резерв на позицию Менеджера проекта. Чем предстоит заниматься: сопровождать и развивать направление продуктов корпоративного блока проводить тестирование гипотез, пилотировать новые инструменты и продукты, формировать обратную связь и предложения обеспечивать методологическую поддержку клиентским менеджерам по продуктам, анализировать спорные кейсы, предоставлять обратную связь от клиентов и клиентских менеджеров для повышения качества продуктов и улучшения клиентского опыта мониторить организацию и контролировать формирование Pipeline по фокусным продуктам обеспечивать выполнение бизнес-планов участвовать в организации продуктовых Гемб, направлять предложения в ЦА по улучшению и доработке Ждём от кандидата: высшее экономическое образование знание корпоративных банковских продуктов и процессов понимание бизнес-ритма блока крупнейших клиентов понимание ВЭД навыки управления проектами системное и аналитическое мышление навыки ведения переговоров и эффективной коммуникации активное применение современных ИИ-инструментов в работе Что мы предлагаем: график работы: 5/2 с 09:00 до 18:00 заработная плата, включающая оклад, квартальную и годовую премию расширенный ДМС с первого дня и льготное страхование для близких подписку Прайм с возможностью совместного использования на троих членов семьи корпоративную пенсионную программу обучение за счёт компании: онлайн-курсы в виртуальной школе Сбера, возможность получения новой квалификации гибкую скидку по ипотечному кредиту, равную 1/3 ключевой ставки ЦБ льготные условия кредитования.
