Изучение личностных особенностей, склонностей, интересов обучающихся и динамики воспитательного процесса в группе обучающихся; Разработка плана воспитательной работы с группой обучающихся; Разработка мер по развитию самоуправления в группе обучающихся; Приобщение обучающихся к проектированию совместной социально и личностно значимой деятельности; Оказание консультационной поддержки обучающимся в проектировании индивидуального маршрута в коллективной деятельности; Реализация мер по формированию микросреды и психологического климата, благоприятных для каждого обучающегося; Организация деятельности обучающихся в целях их гражданско-патриотического, духовно-нравственного, трудового, экологического, эстетического, интеллектуального и физического воспитания; Поддержка обучающихся в адаптации к новым жизненным ситуациям в различных социальных условиях; Проведение с группой обучающихся мероприятий, экскурсий, направленных на формирование социальной компетентности; Ознакомление обучающихся с возможностями получения дополнительного образования и организации досуга в образовательных организациях и вне их; Координация и консультационная поддержка взаимодействия педагогов с группой обучающихся; Организационно-методическое обеспечение воспитательной деятельности педагогов с группой обучающихся; Организационно-методическое обеспечение досуговых мероприятий, экскурсий, праздников с группой обучающихся; Организационно-методическая поддержка самоуправления, самодеятельности обучающихся, реализации их социальных инициатив; Взаимодействие с родителями обучающихся, оказание консультационной помощи родителям.
