Разработка, актуализация и сопровождение локальных нормативных актов по вопросам оплаты труда, премирования и материального стимулирования работников. - Формирование, планирование и анализ фонда оплаты труда Университета. - Подготовка расчетов по оплате труда работников всех категорий персонала. - Подготовка расчетов по выплатам компенсационного и стимулирующего характера.- Формирование и сопровождение штатного расписания Университета. - Подготовка экономических обоснований при изменении организационной структуры, штатной численности и условий оплаты труда работников. - Подготовка расчетов и аналитических материалов по показателям средней заработной платы работников. - Мониторинг выполнения показателей оплаты труда отдельных категорий работников в соответствии с нормативными требованиями и показателями, установленными Министерством спорта Российской Федерации - Подготовка отчетности по труду и заработной плате для Министерства спорта Российской Федерации, органов государственной статистики и иных организаций. - Участие в формировании плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности в части расходов на оплату труда. - Подготовка справок, аналитических материалов, расчетов и проектов управленческих решений для руководства Университета. - Участие в подготовке материалов по запросам контрольных, надзорных и вышестоящих органов. - Взаимодействие с кадровой службой, бухгалтерией и иными структурными подразделениями по вопросам оплаты труда, штатной численности и применения локальных нормативных актов.

Знание трудового законодательства Российской Федерации.- Знание нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации в сфере оплаты труда работников федеральных бюджетных учреждений.- Опыт подготовки положения об оплате труда и создании системы мотивации в бюджетном учреждении.​​​​​​- Навыки формирования фонда оплаты труда, подготовки экономических расчетов и аналитических материалов.- Уверенное владение Microsoft Excel (формулы, сводные таблицы, обработка и анализ данных).- Опыт работы в программах 1С: Зарплата и кадры государственного учреждения, 1С: Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения. - Опыт работы в образовательной организации высшего образования, иной образовательной организации или государственном (муниципальном) учреждении будет являться преимуществом. справка об отсутствии/наличии судимости
