принимает и регистрирует входящую корреспонденцию готовит документы для рассмотрения заведующим и передаёт исполнителям; ведёт учёт и контроль исполнения документов, выдаёт справки по ним; формирует и ведёт личные дела воспитанников и сотрудников; оформляет трудовые договоры при приёме сотрудников, ведёт книги приказов; готовит проекты приказов по движению контингента, знакомит сотрудников с ними под подпись; ведёт книгу движения воспитанников, учитывает детей льготных категорий; систематизирует документы для текущего хранения, разрабатывает номенклатуру дел; готовит дела к передаче в архив: проверяет сроки хранения, составляет описи, акты на уничтожение ненужных документов; ведёт табель учёта рабочего времени сотрудников и сдаёт его в бухгалтерию; участвует в организации электронного документооборота обеспечивает конфиденциальность персональных данных воспитанников и сотрудников

Работать с информационно-документационными ресурсами учреждения: пользоваться справочно-правовыми и автоматизированными системами учёта, регистрации, контроля. Применять современные ИКТ для оптимизации работы. Организовывать учёт, хранение и передачу документов. Использовать номенклатуру дел при изучении структуры учреждения и составлении описей. Систематизировать документы внутри дела. Обеспечивать сохранность и защиту документов. Оформлять обложки дел (постоянного и временного сроков хранения) в соответствии с государственными стандартами. Производить структурную систематизацию дел. Составлять описи дел.
