1.Осуществление необходимого ухода и наблюдения за больными на основе принципов медицинской деонтологии. 2.Обеспечение правильного хранения, доставки медикаментов и биологических препаратов (анализов, вакцин). Строго соблюдать сроки годности лекарственных средств. 3.Осуществление учета, хранения и выдачи перевязочных материалов и лекарственных средств, подлежащих предметно-количественному учету, в соответствии с действующими нормативными документами. 4. Выдача, согласно назначениям врача, лекарственных средств подопечным и контроль их приема. 5. Своевременное и качественное выполнение профилактических, лечебно-диагностических процедур, назначенных врачом в соответствии со стандартами. 6. Немедленное сообщение лечащему врачу, а в его отсутствие - заведующему отделением о внезапном ухудшении состояния подопечных. 7. Оказание доврачебной помощи при неотложных состояниях, острых заболеваниях, несчастных случаях, эпиприпадках, возбуждениях. 8. Обеспечение инфекционной безопасности подопечных и персонала. 9. Выполнение мероприятий по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического и противоэпидемического режимов, правил асептики и антисептики, условий стерилизации инструментов и материалов, предупреждению постинъекционных осложнений, гепатита, ВИЧ-инфекции. 10. Осуществление сбора медицинских отходов и контроль движения отходов на отделении. 11. Ведение утвержденной медицинской и учетно-отчетной документации. 12.Осуществление всех этапов сестринского процесса при уходе за подопечными. 13.Сообщение старшей медицинской сестре и заведующему отделением, а в их отсутствие главной медицинской сестре или заместителю директора по медицинской части, обо всех осложнениях, возникших в результате проведения медицинских манипуляций, или о случаях нарушения внутреннего распорядка, в случае выявления инфекционного заболевания. 14.Следит за санитарным содержанием жилых комнат, личной гигиеной подопечных, за ежедневным приемом гигиенических процедур, своевременной сменой нательного и постельного белья по мере необходимости. 15.Осуществление санитарно-гигиенического обслуживания физически ослабленных и тяжелобольных. 16.Изоляция больных в агональном состоянии, вызыв лечащего врача или заведующего отделением для проведения необходимых реанимационных мероприятий, а в их отсутствие проводит сама. Подготовка трупов умерших в морг. 17.Организация подопечных для участия в трудотерапии, участие в осуществлении реабилитационных мероприятий (правила пользования ТСР). Режим работы: 36- часовая рабочая неделя, с односменным или двухсменным режимом работы (согласно графику работы) с предоставлением выходных дней по скользящему графику, с суммированным учетом рабочего времени (учетный период квартал).
