Проводит амбулаторный прием, обеспечивает своевременное и полное обследование больных, проводить квалифицированное и систематическое лечение больных своего профиля. Оказывает неотложную помощь независимо от места жительства ото ларингологическим больным, обеспечивает правильное проведение экспертизы временной нетру доспособности и своевременное направление больных с хроническими формами заболеваний на КЭК и МСЭК. Проводит диспансерное наблюдение за больными отоларингологи ческого профиля. Консультирует больных по направлению врачей других специаль ностей учреждения, в том числе на дому. Осуществляет, в соответствии с показаниями, своевременную гос питализацию больных. Осуществляет руководство работой среднего медицинского персо нала кабинета и контроль за ее проведением. Оценивает тяжесть состояния, принимает необходимые меры для выведения больного из этого состояния, определяет объем и последовательность реанимационных мероприятий, оказывает необходимую срочную первую помощь. Определяет необходимость специальных методов исследования. Проводит дифференциальную диагностику заболеваний ЛОР-органов, обосновывает клинический диагноз, план ведения больного, показания и противопоказания к операции. Проводит диспансеризацию населения и оценивает ее эффективность. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу. И другое.
