The posting

1. Защищает интересы учреждения в суде на основании доверенности. 2. Разрабатывает или принимает участие в разработке документов правового характера. 3. Осуществляет методическое руководство правовой работой в учреждении, оказывает правовую помощь его структурным подразделениям в подготовке и оформлении различного рода правовых документов. 4. Защищает правовые интересы работников и получателей социальных услуг учреждения. 5. Работает с обращениями: - получателей социальных услуг учреждения; - отвечает за регистрацию, подготовку ответов на обращения граждан. 6. Подготавливает совместно с другими подразделениями учреждения материалы о хищениях, растратах, недостачах, нарушениях экологического законодательства и об иных правонарушениях для передачи их в арбитражный суд, следственные и судебные органы, осуществляет учет и хранение находящихся в производстве и законченных исполнением судебных и арбитражных дел. 7. Участвует в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества учреждения. 8. Проводит изучение, анализ и обобщение результатов рассмотрения претензий, судебных и арбитражных дел с целью разработки предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшении качества услуг, оказываемых учреждением. 9. В соответствии с установленным порядком оформляет материалы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. 10. Принимает участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, проведении их правовой экспертизы, разработке условий коллективных договоров, а также рассмотрении вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. 11. Контролирует своевременность представления структурными подразделениями учреждения справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии. 12. Принимает участие в подготовке заключений по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности учреждения, проектам нормативных актов, поступающих на отзыв. 13. Осуществляет информирование работников учреждения о действующем законодательстве и изменениях в нем, ознакомление должностных лиц учреждения с нормативными правовыми актами, относящимися к их деятельности. 14. Проводит юридическое консультирование с учетом своей квалификации, оказывает бесплатную юридическую помощь населению. 15. Размещает государственное задание и отчеты о выполнении государственного задания на официальном сайте в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет по размещению информации о государственных и муниципальных учреждениях (www.bus.gov.ru).
