The posting

Формирование маршрутных листов в соответствии с планом отгрузки, контроль движения автотранспорта по доставке продукции клиентам. Обеспечение своевременной доставки заказов, контроль комплектности отгрузок, анализ результатов поставок. Организация складской деятельности: приём и хранение готовой продукции от производства, клиентов и поставщиков. Учёт и контроль запасов готовой продукции и оборотной тары (транспортных пирамид), организация инвентаризации, контроль своевременного возврата тары от клиентов. Приёмка и размещение возвратной продукции от клиентов, оформление в учётной программе, передача информации в производство и отдел клиентского сервиса. Оформление и ведение документооборота в бумажном и электронном виде, приём и проверка документов от водителей-экспедиторов и клиентов. Контроль погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, упаковки и выпуска продукции. Участие в инвентаризации ТМЦ, обеспечение отдела транспортной логистики необходимыми ТМЦ. Работа над снижением логистических затрат, участие в планировании перевозок.

Среднее специальное или высшее образование. Опыт работы в логистике ОБЯЗАТЕЛЕН! Знание организации перевозок грузов и погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, порядка оформления транспортной и складской документации. Понимание основ транспортного законодательства и требований безопасности дорожного движения (ФЗ № 196-ФЗ, ПДД). Уверенный пользователь ПК, опыт работы в 1С и Excel. Внимательность к деталям, умение держать несколько задач одновременно, ответственность за результат.
