1. Консультирование клиентов по продукции и услугам ИП, работа с входящим телефонным потоком. 2. Обработка и оформление в 1С заказов, поступающих от клиентов. 3. Осуществление подбора товара по марке автомобиля по запросам, поступающим от клиентов. 4. Ведение клиентской базы, развитие долгосрочных партнёрских отношений. 5. Выполнение ежемесячных, ежеквартальных, годовых планов продаж по группам товаров. 6. Анализ рынка, мониторинг конкурентной среды. 7. Проведение презентаций продукции и услуг ИП. 8. Подготовка коммерческих предложений, проведение переговоров, заключение договоров. 9.Контроль оплаты по договорам. 10. Контроль отгрузок продукции клиентам ИП. 11. Ведение отчётной документации. 12. Работа с заявками на участие в закупках по 223-ФЗ, 44-ФЗ и коммерческих закупках. 13. Взаимодействие с государственными и надзорными органами, запрос необходимых документов. 14. Делопроизводство. 15. Постпродажное обслуживание клиентов, в том числе информирование о проведении маркетинговых акций. 16. Продвижение товарного ассортимента продукции ИП. 17. Взаимодействие с клиентами ИП, разрешение спорных ситуаций. 18. Составление регулярной отчетности о выполнении планов продаж. 19. Выполнение иных поручений Руководителя отдела продаж.

1. Подтвержденный опыт продаж от 1-го года (активные продажи, работа с возражениями); 2. Опыт и навыки проведения презентаций; 3. Базовые знания по моторным маслам и антифризам будут являться преимуществом; 4. Опыт работы в 1С, знание пакета офисных программ (Outlook, Word, Excel).
