Разработка проектов муниципальных правовых актов и иных документов правового характера, проверка на соответствие дщействующему законодательству и согласование гражданско-правовых договоров, соглашений, заключаемых Администрацией Шимского муниципального округа,Думой Шимского муниципального округа,подготовка предложений по устранеию выявленных в них несоответствий действующему законодательству; участие в работе постоянных комиссий,образованных администрацией округа, Думой Шимского муниципального округа,а также в рабочих группах по разработке муниципальных правовых актов; представление интересов администрации муниципального округа в судебных и иных органах при рассмотрении правовых интересов, осуществление работы по взаимодействию со службой судебных приставов;рассмотрение жалоб,заявлений и обращений граждан по правовым вопросам, подготовка документов по ведению претензионной работы; проведение экспертизы проектов и принятых муниципальных нормативных правовых актов администрации муниципального округа, Думы Шимского муниципального округа Новгородской области;своевременная подготовка документов для внесения изменений в Устав Шимского муниципального гокруга Новгородской области и регистрация изменений в установленном порядке; исполнение точнго и в срок поручений начальника отдела правового обеспечения; соблюдение правил делопроизводства;учет,хранение полученных на исполнение документов и материалов;соблюдение ограничений,не нарушая запреты, установленные Федеральным законом от 2марта 2007г №25-ФЗ"О муниципальной службе в Росситйской Федерации" и т.д.

Для замещения должности ведущего специалиста управления правового обеспечения и муниципального заказа устанавливаются квалификационные требования, включающие базовые и функциональные квалификационные требования. Должен обладать следующими базовыми умениями: 1) работать на компьютере, в том числе в сети Интернет; 2) работать в информационно-правовых системах.
