Руководство персоналом. Подбор и расстановка кадров среднего и младшего медицинского персонала с учётом их знаний, профессиональных навыков и личностных характеристик. Составление и утверждение графиков работы, контроль соблюдения трудовой дисциплины, организация обучения для повышения квалификации. Контроль за выполнением задач. Проверка точного выполнения врачебных назначений сотрудниками среднего и младшего звена, контроль за своевременным получением пациентами прописанных инфузий, инъекций, медпрепаратов, правильной подготовкой больных к инструментальным обследованиям и операциям. Обеспечение отделения ресурсами. Получение, хранение и учёт медицинских изделий, лекарственных препаратов, дезинфицирующих средств. Организация использования материальных ресурсов, анализ текущего ресурсного обеспечения, составление заявок на медицинские изделия и препараты. Контроль за соблюдением санитарно-эпидемиологического режима. Обеспечение соблюдения лечебно-охранительного, санитарно-гигиенического и санитарно-эпидемиологического режимов в подразделении. Организация противоэпидемических и профилактических мероприятий, контроль за использованием средств дезинфекции, утилизацией медицинских отходов. Ведение документации. Оформление и учёт медицинской документации, включая электронные документы. Ведение журналов учёта медикаментов, перевязочных материалов, оборудования, составление отчётов о работе отделения. Участие в рабочих совещаниях. Представление интересов медицинского персонала перед администрацией, участие в совещаниях, обсуждение изменений в маршрутах пациентов, внедрение новых стандартов и электронных систем. Просветительская деятельность. Проведение бесед и лекций для пациентов и их близких, создание информационных материалов о здоровье и здоровом образе жизни, участие в профилактических акциях. Контроль за исправностью медицинского оборудования. Ежедневные обходы с целью выявления поломок и неисправностей, составление заявок на организацию ремонтных работ.
