Экономист выполняет следующие обязанности: - Осуществляет перспективное и текущее планирование хозяйственной и финансовой деятельности учреждения. - Осуществляет предварительный, текущий и последующий контроль за рациональным и целевым расходованием бюджетных средств учреждения. - Осуществляет внутренний финансовый контроль полученных от учреждения документов о расходах подотчетного лица на правильность заполнения как по форме так и по содержанию визирование и подписание в соответствии с требованиями нормативных правовых актов, сканирование и направление в автоматизированную систему централизованного учета Смета и формирования бюджетной отчетности с использованием электронной подписи. - Осуществляет внутренний финансовый контроль за своевременностью предоставления отчетов о расходах подотчетного лица и авансовых отчетов, за проведением перерасчетов по классификации операций сектора государственного управления, осуществление передачи сведений для удержания задолженности с сотрудников и перерасхода для перечисления сотрудникам. - Осуществляет подготовку, сверку и предоставление бухгалтерской, бюджетной, статистической отчетности учреждения по утвержденным формам и в установленные сроки. - Составляет, оказывает содействие в представлении информации по запросам в курирующие Департаменты ЯНАО по утвержденным формам и в установленные сроки. - Составляет и представляет отчетность, информацию в структурные подразделения Администрации города Муравленко по утвержденным формам и в установленные сроки. - Осуществляет контроль за целевым и кассовым исполнением бюджета подведомственных учреждения. - Согласовывает, подписывает и анализирует исполнение смет расходов по мероприятиям муниципальных программ. - Своевременно составляет расшифровку расчета обоснований утвержденных бюджетных ассигнований к плану финансово-хозяйственной деятельности учреждений, корректировку смет в соответствии с действующим законодательством. - Осуществляет расчеты базовых нормативов затрат финансового обеспечения муниципального задания по учреждению. - Осуществляет расчеты себестоимости платных услуг, оказываемых учреждением. - Участвует в подготовке проектов постановлений (распоряжений) Администрации города Муравленко по платным услугам и по выделениям дополнительных бюджетных ассигнований. - Ведёт контроль за учетом экономических показателей результатов деятельности учреждения, в том числе в части платных услуг. - Составляет прогноз поступления доходов на очередной финансовый год и плановый.

Кандидат должен иметь высшее профессиональное (экономическое) образование без предъявления требований к стажу работы либо среднее профессиональное (экономическое) образование и стаж работы не менее 1 года в должности экономиста, либо других инженерно-технических должностях.
