Обязанности по учету заработной платы: * Производит начисление и перечисление налогов и сборов в федеральный, региональный и местный бюджеты, страховых взносов в государственные внебюджетные социальные фонды, платежей в банковские учреждения, составляет годовые и квартальные отчеты по внебюджетным фондам и налоговой службе. * Производит начисление и перечисление заработной платы работников Филиала, других выплат и платежей: - на основании первичных документов - приказов о приеме, увольнении, перемещении сотрудников, табелей учета рабочего времени и т.д. начислять заработную плату в лицевых карточках. По данным лицевых карточек, составлять платежные ведомости и реестры на перечисление всех видов заработной платы на лицевые счета работников Филиала. На основании реестра заработной платы составлять сводный отчет по всем видам оплаты труда. Согласно расчет-запискам о предоставлении отпуска производить расчет отпускных; - вести аналитический учет расчетов по субсчетам; - ежемесячно сверять остатки по субсчетам с книгой Журнал главная; - проверять правильность оформления трудовых договоров и других документов на выплату заработной платы внештатных сотрудников; - подклеивать расчетные листки по лицевым карточкам работников Филиала. - выдавать справки о заработной плате сотрудникам Филиала. * Отражает на счетах бухгалтерского учета операции по учету заработной платы. * Принимает и контролирует первичные документы, связанные с оплатой труда, готовит их к счетной обработке. * Отражает на счетах бухгалтерского учета операции по учету заработной платы и иных выплат работникам. 3.2.6 Учитывает на счетах бухгалтерского учета все выплаты работникам Филиала согласно законодательству Российской Федерации. * Осуществляет расчет налогов, полагающихся к начислению с выплат работникам Филиала. * Обеспечивает заинтересованных лиц необходимой информацией по вопросам учета, расчета, начисления и выплаты заработной платы и иных выплат работникам Филиала. * Готовит данные для составления бухгалтерской и налоговой отчетности в части оплаты труда работников Филиала.

Высшее образование, опыт работы от 3 лет, знание программы 1С
