Должностные обязанности При трудоустройстве сотрудник принимает на себя ряд обязанностей по должности: Руководит работой по приему, хранению и отпуску товаров. Кладовщик отвечает за практичную эксплуатацию складкой территории, что облегчает и ускоряет процесс поиска нужных товаров. Соблюдает режим хранения ТМЦ и гарантирует их сохранность. Подготавливает место для размещения поступающих грузов. Выполнять и контролировать погрузочно-разгрузочные работы на складе с соблюдением правил охраны труда, ТБ и противопожарной безопасности. Организовывать сбор, хранение и возврат тары поставщикам строго в оговоренные сроки. Проверять и обеспечивать комплектацию партий товара по заявкам покупателей. Руководить проведением учета на складских помещениях. Обеспечивать соблюдение правил оформления или сдачи приходно-расходной документации. Составлять требуемую отчетность. Отслеживать наличие и исправность средств для пожаротушения состояние каждого помещения, инвентаря и оборудования. Производить требуемый ремонт. Организовывать и проводить инвентаризацию ТМЦ. Напрямую работать с начальником и выполнять его поручения.

Начальник склада должен знать: - условия договоров на перевозку и хранение грузов, на аренду складских помещений и оборудования; - нормативные и методические материалы по вопросам организации складского хозяйства; - стандарты и технические условия на хранение товарно-материальных ценностей; - виды, размеры, марки, сортность, а так же иные качественные характеристики товарно-материальных ценностей и нормы их расхода; организацию погрузочно-разгрузочных работ; - правила и порядок хранения и складирования товарно-материальных ценностей, положения и инструкции по их учету; - порядок расчетов за оказанные услуги и выполненные работы; - основы законодательства о труде;
