Вакансия компании: ТРАМПЛИН О компании Мы - не франшиза и не крупный ритейл. Это локальный бизнес, построенный собственником "с нуля" на основе личных увлечений спортом и здоровым образом жизни. Мы ищем человека, который разделяет эти ценности и готов развивать бизнес вместе с нами. Главная цель управляющего - снять операционную нагрузку с собственника и сделать точку полностью автономной. Вы будете отвечать за следующие процессы: Управление командой: контроль работы продавцов и частично службы сервиса, поддержание рабочей атмосферы; Операционная деятельность: организация кассовой дисциплины, контроль остатков, своевременный заказ товаров и запчастей; Работа с ассортиментом и ценообразованием: анализ рынка, самостоятельное принятие решений по скидками и акциям для неликвидного товара ( в рамках согласованных лимитов); Развитие новых направлений: поиск и реализация проектов для увелечения прибыли; Организация SMM: координация съемок контента для соцсетей силами сотрудников магазина; Базовая работа с 1С: анализ отчетов о продажах и товародвижении. Ваш результат (KPI) будет оцениваться по следующим критериям: - выполнение плана продаж точки; - поддержание порядка и внешнего вида магазина; - отсутствие жалоб и негативных отзывов клиентов; - реализация, как минимум одного нового проекта/направления, в первые полгода. Требования к кандидату: Опыт управления розничными точками от 2 лет; Предпринимательский склад ума: умение видеть возможности для заработка и самостоятельно доводить идеи до результата; Уверенное пользование ПК, навыкам анализа данных в Excel/1С; Мы приветствуем высокий темп работы, инициативность и готовность обучаться; Будет премуществом, если у вас есть опыт работы в спортивных магазинах или сервис-центрах.
