The posting

Проектирование и документация. Разработка проектной и сметной документации, расчёт несущих конструкций и нагрузок, подбор оптимальных материалов с технико-экономическим обоснованием. Проверка чертежей, формирование замечаний к проектной документации. Планирование. Составление план-графиков работ, наряд-заданий, определение сроков, бюджетов и ресурсов. Технический надзор и контроль. Следит, чтобы на стройплощадке всё шло по проекту: контролирует технологию выполнения работ, качество материалов, конструкций и выполненных работ. Проверяет соответствие СНиПам, ГОСТам, техническим регламентам и нормам техники безопасности. Освидетельствует скрытые работы (до того, как их закроют последующими этапами) и подписывает соответствующие акты. Работа с подрядчиками и другими участниками. Взаимодействие с проектными организациями, генподрядчиками, субподрядчиками: участие в тендерах, переговоры, заключение договоров. Согласование изменений в проектных решениях в ходе строительства. Документирование процесса. Ведение исполнительной документации: акты, журналы, схемы, подтверждение применения материалов. Подготовка отчётов о ходе работ. Решение технических и организационных задач. Поиск оптимальных решений для минимизации затрат, устранения причин срывов сроков или ухудшения качества, внедрения прогрессивных технологий. Участие в приёмке и сдаче объекта. Подписание актов приёмки, помощь в оформлении документов для ввода объекта в эксплуатацию.

Необходимые знания: нормативные правовые акты и документы системы технического регулирования и стандартизации в сфере градостроительной деятельности; методы и средства планирования подготовительных работ; технологии строительных работ, свойства строительных материалов, методы контроля качества; основы геодезии, геологии и инженерных изысканий; правила оформления исполнительной и учётной документации, нарядов-допусков на работы повышенной опасности. Необходимые умения: читать и анализировать техническую документацию в строительстве; определять последовательность и рассчитывать объёмы подготовительных работ на участке; разрабатывать планы подготовительных работ; проверять наличие и эксплуатационные характеристики средств защиты работников; анализировать текущие показатели выполнения производственных заданий и оценивать их соответствие планам; корректировать графики поставки и распределения ресурсов.
