Вам предстоит заниматься: определять рыночную (справедливую) и залоговую стоимость имущества, предлагаемого в залог; проводить анализ предоставленного Отчета об оценке, составленного независимым оценщиком, проводить мониторинг залогового обеспечения; заниматься подготовкой заключения на Кредитный комитет о возможности принятия имущества в залог; проверять и согласовывать договора залогов, подготовленных другими подразделениями; согласовывать кредитные проекты Дополнительных офисов в части залогов, а также курировать доп. офисы в части вопросов по залоговому обеспечению; заниматься регистрацией договоров ипотеки в органах Росреестра, регистрацией договоров ипотеки морских судов в порту/ ГИМС, а также регистрацией уведомлений о залоге движимого имущества в органах нотариата. Вам подойдет вакансия, если у Вас есть: образование: высшее; опыт работы в банковской сфере, залоговой службе; опыт работы в оценочных компаниях (желаемые должности: оценщик, помощник оценщика); опыт работы экономистом в коммерческой организации.
