Разработка стратегии развития личного кабинета клиента (ЛКК) для обеспечения максимальной удовлетворенности клиента и соблюдения требований законодательства; Обеспечение наполняемости разделов ЛКК; Разработка технических заданий на внесение изменений в ЛКК в соответствии с утвержденным планом мероприятий по автоматизации процессов энергосбытовой деятельности в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства; Контроль отображения необходимой информации, тестирование новых разделов в ЛКК; Тестирование обновлений личного кабинета, проверка корректности отображения данных и работоспособности функционала; Формирование предложений по улучшению интерфейса, навигации и пользовательского опыта личного кабинета на основании обращений потребителей и собственного анализа; Ответы на телефонные, письменные и интерактивные обращения клиентов по вопросам в пределах компетенции (ЛКК, виртуальная приемная, соц. сети); Реализация электронного документооборота с потребителями электрической энергии; Рассылка информационных сообщений, уведомительных писем на электронные адреса потребителей; Сопровождение подключения и использования личного кабинета корпоративных клиентов.

Высшее профессиональное образование; Опыт работы по профилю деятельности не менее 3-х лет; Уверенный пользователь офисных программ (знание AlterOffice приветствуется); Навыки работы с функционалом личного кабинета потребителя и смежными ИТ-системами; Знание стандартов клиентского сервиса, скриптов и регламентов обработки обращений.
