Чем предстоит заниматься: Сопровождать операции ПИФ (ОПИФ, ЗПИФ, БПИФ) Осуществлять внутреннее согласование сделок, проверку закрывающих документов ЗПИФ Осуществлять ведение внутреннего учета операций в ПИФ (операции с ценными бумагами, ПФИ, недвижимость, аренда, работа с контрагентами) Осуществлять расчет справедливой стоимости активов согласно Правил определения стоимости чистых активов Осуществлять ежедневную проверку предоставления первичных документов (выписки по р/сч, счета, акты, платежные поручения), документооборот (на бумажных носителях, по системе электронного документооборота) со специализированными депозитариями, специализированными регистраторами, контрагентами, согласование сделок по распоряжению имуществом ПИФ со специализированными депозитариями Осуществлять расчет вознаграждения УК, расчет дохода пайщиков, налоговый учет ПИФ (НДФЛ, налог на имущество, земельный налог, НДС), ведение журналов/отчетов внутреннего учета Формировать ежемесячную/ежеквартальную/ежегодную отчетность в формате XBRL и сверку со специализированным депозитарием Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением законодательства в части Д.У. ПИФ Участвовать в формировании новых ПИФ, прекращении ПИФ, согласовании Правил определения стоимости чистых активов Участвовать в автоматизации учетной системы, постановке технических заданий Наши пожелания к кандидатам: Высшее образование (экономическое будет являться преимуществом) Опыт работы в специализированном депозитарии, управляющей компании от 3 лет Способность работать с большим объемом информации Инициативность, исполнительность, коммуникабельность, самостоятельность Умение вести деловую переписку и общаться с контрагентами на профессиональном уровне Мы предлагаем: График работы 5/2 с 10:00 до 18:30 Комфортный офис в центре (м.
