Регулировка системы вентиляции и кондиционирования для поддержания заданной температуры и влажности воздуха в помещениях Общества с помощью установленных приборов контроля. Осматривать и чистить фильтрующие элементы конструктивных узлов оборудования. Участвовать в ремонте конструктивных узлов оборудования, вести надзор за состоянием и работой приборов автоматического регулирования.Менять вышедшие из строя конструктивные элементы оборудования.Выполнять работы по монтажу-демонтажу блоков, трубопроводов систем кондиционирования.Производить заправку, дозаправку фреоном систем кондиционирования.Вести учетную документацию согласно нормативным требованиям.

Образование: полное среднее и профессионально-техническое образование или полное среднее образование и профессиональную подготовку на производстве со стажем работы более 2-х лет на данной должности.Должен знать:- устройство, конструкцию и принцип действия вентиляционно-увлажнительных установок, систем кондиционирования и приборов автоматического регулирования;- параметры влажности и температуры в зонах обслуживания пассажиров, административных, производственных помещениях и цехах; - режимы чистки вентиляционно-увлажнительных установок, конструктивных элементов систем кондиционирования;- правила строповки, подъема и перемещения грузов простейшими грузоподъемными средствами, управляемыми с пола;- способы контроля работы вентиляционного оборудования и систем кондиционирования; - правила ремонта, сборки и монтажа ремонтируемого оборудования; - основы теплотехники в объеме выполняемой работы; - особенности обработки воздуха в кондиционерах и системах вентиляции; - конструктивные особенности обслуживаемого оборудования; - схемы подключения обслуживаемого оборудования на участках.Знание устройства, принципов действия, технического оборудования.Наличие группы по электробезопасности не ниже III .Увереннный пользователь ПК
