· Поиск и подбор персонала на вакансии любого уровня; · Прямой и холодный поиск, отработка входящих откликов, самостоятельное закрытие вакансий; · Составление профиля должности, размещение вакансии на работных сайтах · Проведение телефонных интервью, очных и online собеседований · Первичный отбор кандидатов, организация собеседования с заказчиком вакансии; · Предоставление обратной связи кандидатам; · Первичная адаптация новых сотрудников; · Эффективное взаимодействие с руководителями подразделений по вопросам подбора для понимания потребностей и стратегии бизнеса; · Выполнение отдельных поручений руководства;

· Высшее и/или среднее специальное образование, желательно в сфере управления персоналом · Стаж работы в данной должности от 5 лет, опыт работы одновременно с 5-7 вакансиями · Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office) · Исполнительность, трудолюбие, желание обучаться, нацеленность на результат

Условия: · Офис в 5 минутах от метро Курская/Чкаловская · Дружные коллектив и адекватное руководство; · Трудоустройство в соответствии с Трудовым Кодексом Российской Федерации; · График работы 5/2; 8.00-17.00 или 9.00-18.00, возможно оформление на 0,5 ставки · З/п 80 000 руб. на руки
