The posting

1. Обеспечивает работу по библиотечному, информационному, справочно - библиографическому обслуживанию пользователей, включающую в себя индивидуальные и массовые формы обслуживания. 2. Разрабатывает перспективные, текущие, тематические, месячные и годовые планы работы библиотеки и их выполнение. Составляет программы деятельности библиотеки по различным направлениям, отчеты о работе. 3. Ведет учет работы библиотеки и всю библиотечную документацию: - Дневники работы библиотеки, - Читательские формуляры, - Тетрадь замены книг, утерянных читателями, - Акты на списание литературы, 4. Организует при библиотеке работу любительских клубов и объединений по интересам для различных категорий пользователей. 5. Проводит различные формы массовых мероприятий для всех групп читателей. 6. Организует предоставление населению дополнительных услуг, определенных Перечнем платных услуг библиотеки. 7. Организует рекламу библиотеки с целью оповещения реальных и потенциальных пользователей и стимулирования спроса на услуги, поднятия престижа библиотеки. 8. Принимает участие в маркетинговых, социологических и иных исследованиях в области библиотечного дела, изучения читательского спроса, и т.д. 9. Участвует в системе повышения квалификации библиотекарей через семинары, творческие лаборатории, школы передового опыта и т.п. 10. Участвует в комплектовании фонда библиотеки. Организует его сохранность, использование и изучение. 11. Обеспечивает надлежащий контроль за выносом выданных читателям документов; поддерживает предусмотренные меры по сохранности библиотечного фонда при открытом доступе: проводит профилактические беседы с читателями, принимает меры для своевременного возврата документов и т.д. 12. Работает с книжным фондом, каталогами и картотеками (изучение, пополнение, редактирование, списание, ремонт и т.д.). 13. Обеспечивает работу по обслуживанию читателей через межбиблиотечный и заочный абонемент. 14. Организует массовое, коллективное и индивидуальное информирование пользователей библиотеки. 15. Изучает передовой опыт работы отечественных и зарубежных библиотек, применяет этот опыт в практической работе. Осуществляет связь с другими библиотеками. 16. Организует работу места общественного доступа к электронным фондам с выходом в сеть интернет.

Обеспечение подбора необходимой читателям литературы, оперативное выполнение их заявок; изучение интересов и запросов читателей; участие в организации фонда библиотеки, обработке литературы и составлении каталогов; ведение учёта, комплектования, инвентаризации библиотечного фонда; обеспечение сохранности библиотечного фонда; составление планов работы библиотеки, обеспечение их выполнения; предоставление необходимой отчётности о работе библиотеки и другое.
