Распределяет доведенные лимиты бюджетных обязательств по статьям расходов в разрезе муниципальных образовательных организаций с занесением ассигнований в программу Автоматизированный центр контроля (АЦК - Финансы); осуществляет при необходимости в течении финансового года корректировки бюджетных ассигнований. Готовит исходные данные для составления проектов и планов финансово-экономической деятельности (далее по тексту - планы ФХД), ведение и внесение изменений в течение финансового года в планы ФХД. Формирует соглашения о предоставлении субсидии из бюджета муниципального Нижнеилимского округа Иркутской области муниципальным образовательным организациям с занесением данных в программу АЦК Финансы, осуществляет при необходимости в течение финансового года внесение изменений в соглашения. Производит расчет субвенции на учебные расходы на обеспечение государственных гарантий реализации прав на получение общедоступного и бесплатного образования, в муниципальных дошкольных и общеобразовательных организациях, в том числе: - сбор заявок по учебным расходам; - подача заявки по учебным расходам; - согласование договоров на учебные расходы во избежание нецелевого расходования средств.

Ведущий экономист должен знать: - законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, методические нормативные материалы и другие руководящие материалы по планированию, анализу и учету деятельности учреждения; - организацию плановой работы, порядок разработки перспективных и годовых планов хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности учреждения; порядок разработки бизнес-планов; - планово-учетную документацию; - порядок разработки нормативов, материальных, трудовых и финансовых затрат; - методы и средства проведения экономических расчетов и вычислительных работ; - правила оформления материалов для заключения договоров; - организацию оперативного и статистического учета; - порядок и сроки составления установленной отчетности; - экономику, организацию производства, труда и управления; - основы трудового законодательства; - возможности применения вычислительной техники для осуществления технико-экономических расчетов и анализа хозяйственной деятельности, правила её эксплуатации; - правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, противопожарной защиты.
