Осуществлять методическое руководство работой техника-протезиста, механика ПОИ. Комплексно подходить к обследованию пациента, тщательно собирать анамнез, учитывать предъявляемые жалобы, грамотно диагностировать и оценивать состояние пациентов. Обследовать пациентов и назначать им соответствующие их состоянию протезно-ортопедические изделия, подробно объяснять их назначение с рекомендациями по их применению. Заполнять амбулаторную карту протезируемого, отражать все основные этапы: анамнез заболевания, подробное описание объективного статуса. Следить за состоянием пациента на протяжении всего протезирования. При назначении изделия осуществлять контроль за назначением и оформлением бланка-заказа техником-протезистом, механиком ПОИ: все параметры протезно-ортопедического изделия, соответствие карты комплектации выбранному шифру изделия и оформленному заказу, возможность замены комплектующих деталей, фиксировать правильность назначения своей подписью, отражать ход примерок., Осуществлять контроль за выполнением назначений на каждом этапе протезирования. При выдаче готового изделия подробно знакомить пациента и его назначением, правилами применения и эксплуатации. Не выдавать изделие не соответствующее медико-техническим требованиям и не имеющее надлежащего качества. Вести прием первично-протезируемых пациентов. Вместе с техническим работником кабинета вести учет первично протезируемых больных. Поддерживать связь с ранее протезированными пациентами, выяснять отзывы по качеству полученных протезно-ортопедических изделий, приглашать на повторный осмотр и протезирование. В сложных случаях изготавливать гипсовые негативы и позитивы. Обслуживать инвалидов на дому и в лечебно-профилактических учреждениях. Работать в тесном контакте с лечебно-профилактическими учреждениями и бюро медико-социальной экспертизы, оказывая им методическую и консультативную помощь по вопросам протезирования и ортезирования. Использовать программу 1С-Предприятие в ежедневной работе, осуществлять ввод данных и корректировку их в амбулаторных карточках, при оформлении заказов.
