У нас более 100 клиентов как небольших, так и являющихся флагманами отечественного машиностроения. Мы динамично развиваемся, реализуя новые проекты и открывая новые интересные вакансии. Обязанности: - Осуществлять работу по управлению процессом продвижения и продаж, в том числе нашей продуктовой линейки. - Выстраивание активной работы с "теплыми" клиентами. - Инициировать, согласовывать и контролировать запуск проектов и рабочих инициатив по продвижению и продажам, направленных на развитие бизнеса компании, увеличение клиентской базы и повышение валовой прибыли подразделения и компании в целом. - Решать нестандартные ситуации во взаимоотношениях с клиентами компании совместно с командой продакт-менеджеров, технологов и сервисных инженеров. - Актуализировать и постоянно пополнять клиентскую базу в CRM (Битрикс24), предоставлять руководителю отдела своевременную и точную обратную связь о качестве работы с клиентской базой и CRM. Требования: - Опыт личных, прямых продаж промышленного или технологического оборудования от 2-х лет в сфере В2В со станками металлообработки. - Опыт продаж станков с ЧПУ будет являться существенным преимуществом. - Техническое образование. - Самомотивация на результат продаж и к личностному росту в профессии. Умение эффективно работать автономно и в режимах многозадачности. - Отличные коммуникативные и презентационные навыки, ведение деловой переписки на всех уровнях коммуникации. - Знание структуры принятия решений по закупкам промышленного заказчика (как принимаются решения и каким образом осуществляются продажи в данном сегменте) будет являться преимуществом. Условия: - Ассортимент предлагаемого нами оборудования очень широк, и мы продвигаем именно то, что востребовано среди целевой аудитории наших клиентов, что является нашим важным конкурентным преимуществом. - Мы обучим Вас функционалу нашей CRM системы для организации эффективных продаж. - Понятная и прозрачная система материального стимулирования (бонусная система, прозрачная и выше рынка). - График: стандартная 5и дневка с 9.00 до 18.00, пятница до 16:45, разъездной характер работы (командировки до 40% времени). - Оформление по ТК РФ. - Хорошая программа ДМС после испытательного срока.
