The posting

Обеспечивает правильную эксплуатацию и ведение наиболее экономичного, надежного и безаварийного режима работы оборудования котельной. При переводе на ежедневный график работы по окончании отопительного периода, выполняет работы по подготовке оборудования котельной. Вид и объем данных работ определяет начальник котельной. Производит пуск, остановку и вывод в резерв вспомогательного оборудования. Контролирует готовность к пуску оборудования, находящегося в резерве. Подготавливает рабочие места к производству работ, проводимых по нарядамдопускам и распоряжениям. Выполняет задания по эксплуатации и техническому обслуживанию оборудования в соответствии с графиком. Выполняет распоряжения начальника смены котельной по переключениям основного оборудования, по вводу и/или выводу из работы основного оборудования. Докладывает о выполнении задания начальнику смены. Участвует в приемке основного и вспомогательного оборудования из ремонта Осуществляет обходы оборудования по утвержденному графику в соответствии с маршрутной картой. Своевременно устраняет дефекты и замечания, выявленные при обходах и осмотрах оборудования. Докладывает начальнику смены о замеченных нарушениях ПТЭ ТЭ, ПТБ, ППБ, а также о ситуациях, которые могут создать угрозу жизни и здоровью людей. Прибывает на рабочее место по вызову руководства котельной для проведения аварийных и других неотложных работ. Принимает участие в ликвидации возникших аварийных ситуаций. Получает инструктажи по безопасным методам производства работ. Сообщает начальнику смены котельной об обнаруженном пожаре или признаках горения (задымление, запах гари, повышение температуры и т.п.) и принимает меры по локализации и тушении пожара. Оказывает первую помощь пострадавшему при возникновении несчастного случая и принимает меры для вызова скорой медицинской помощи любыми средствами связи. Предпринимает меры для предотвращения развития аварийных ситуаций при их возникновении. Приходит на рабочее место за 30 минут до начала смены. Докладывает о своем приходе начальнику смены котельной, получает от него указания по приемке смены. Принимает от сдающего смену машиниста-обходчика оперативную и техническую документацию. Контролирует выполнение сдающим смену машинистом-обходчиком графиков технического обслуживания и контроля, периодических обходов и осмотров оборудования, зданий, сооружений, периодических проверок автоматического включения резерва (АВР) насосного оборудования. Проверяет наличие и состояние эксплуатационных материалов на своем рабочем месте. Сообщает начальнику смены котельной об обнаруженных дефектах при приемке смены. Получает разрешение от начальника смены котельной на приемку смены. Оформляет приемку смены в сменном журнале.
