Работнику устанавливается сокращенная продолжительность рабочего времени 39 часов. Режим работы c понедельника по пятницу с 8.00 до 16.18. Суббота, воскресенье выходние дни. Должностные обязанности: Организация, планирование, контроль деятельности отделения. Диагностика в целях выявления онкологического заболевания, его прогрессирования. Лечение пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями, контроль его эффективности и безопасности. Проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями, выдача листков нетрудоспособности. Проведение анализа медико-статистической информации, ведение медицинской документации, организация деятельности находящегося в распоряжении медицинского персонала. Контроль качества консультативного приема: полнота обследования, ведение медицинской документации, рекомендации. Систематическое проведение экспертной оценки амбулаторных карт. Осуществление регулярного контроля за работой врачей в отделении, в том числе за правильностью постановки диагнозов, полнотой обследования, качеством проводимого лечения, его эффективностью. Проведение клинических разборов всех случаев, представляющих затруднения в диагностике и лечении, случаев расхождения диагнозов. Организация консультаций пациентов по своей специальности по заявкам других отделений и других медицинских учреждений области, контроль своевременности и качества консультаций. В необходимых случаях созыв консилиума с участием других специалистов, личное присутствие на них, как в своем, так и в других отделениях. Планирование и проведение организационно-методической работы, плановые выезды врачей отделения в города и районы области. Формирование объемов медицинской помощи, контроль фактического исполнения, в том числе и объемов по высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи.
