Мы новый научный центр по сохранению и восстановлению популяции редких видов животных в Республике Алтай. Наша миссия сохранение и возвращение в дикую природу животных, занесённых в Красную книгу Российской Федерации. Мы сотрудничаем с ведущими научными организациями России, развиваем международное партнёрство с Киргизией и Монголией в области изучения и сохранения редких видов. Находимся в Республике Алтай. Условия работы: Работа проводится на территории Центра, по необходимости предоставляем проживание в обустроенных домах на территории Центра (для всех сотрудников) Полноценные условия для работы и жизни в живописном горном районе Участие в уникальном научном проекте по сохранению редких видов животных Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ, заработная плата согласно штатному расписанию Работа с ведущими научными организациями России и международными партнёрами Отдельно оплачивается переезд на территорию Центра Уход за животными: Ежедневный мониторинг состояния крупных хищников (поведение, аппетит, внешний вид) Поддержание чистоты в вольерах, уборка и санитарная обработка. Участие в обогащении среды обитания животных. Информирование ветеринарного врача об отклонениях. Кормление: Разработка и соблюдение рационов кормления. Приготовление и раздача кормов по графику. Заготовка, контроль качества и хранение кормов.

Опыт работы с животными в условиях неволи (зоопарки, питомники, заповедники, центры реабилитации) от 2 лет; желателен опыт работы с хищными млекопитающими (крупные кошачьи, медведи и др.). Профессиональные навыки: Знание основ зоогигиены, правил содержания и кормления животных в неволе; Умение составлять рационы для хищных млекопитающих с учётом их видовых и индивидуальных особенностей; Навыки приготовления кормов (включая разделку мяса, подготовку кормовых смесей); Знание правил заготовки, хранения и контроля качества кормов; Умение проводить визуальную оценку состояния здоровья животного и своевременно выявлять отклонения; Навыки работы с инвентарём для уборки и санитарной обработки вольеров; Знание принципов обогащения среды для хищных животных (разработка и установка элементов обогащения, смена активности); Ведение документации по кормлению и содержанию. Личные качества: Ответственность, внимательность, дисциплинированность; Физическая выносливость, готовность к физическому труду на открытом воздухе в любое время года; Наблюдательность, умение замечать изменения в поведении и состоянии животных; Готовность к проживанию на территории Центра в Республике Алтай; Отсутствие аллергии на животных и корма; Командность, готовность взаимодействовать с ветеринарной и научной службами. Дополнительно приветствуется: Опыт работы с краснокнижными видами животных; Опыт участия в научных исследованиях (сбор биоматериалов, фиксация поведенческих наблюдений); Навыки работы с оборудованием для санитарной обработки вольеров.
