Планировать запасы и пополнение. Рассчитывать потребность в товарах с учётом скорости продаж, сезонности, сроков поставки, товаров в пути и планируемых акций. Определять объёмы и сроки пополнения по площадкам и складам. Контролировать доступность товаров. Отслеживать остатки на складах компании и маркетплейсов, заранее выявлять риск дефицита и принимать меры, чтобы товары не выпадали из продажи. Организовывать поставки FBO. Создавать и сопровождать заявки на поставку, согласовывать отгрузки со складом и логистикой, контролировать подготовку, маркировку, комплектацию и приёмку товаров. Контролировать запасы FBS. Проверять корректность доступных остатков и резервов, выявлять расхождения между учётной системой и кабинетами площадок, добиваться их устранения. Управлять излишками. Находить медленно оборачиваемые товары, оценивать расходы на хранение, предлагать перераспределение, сокращение поставок или вывоз остатков. Совместно с категорийным менеджером готовить меры по их реализации. Разбирать отклонения. Выяснять причины недостач, излишков, задержек приёмки и расхождений по поставкам. Собирать необходимые сведения и взаимодействовать с операционными менеджерами для урегулирования. Вести отчётность по запасам. Отслеживать оборачиваемость, обеспеченность в днях, дефицит, излишки и выполнение плана поставок. Показывать не только цифры, но и причины отклонений и предлагаемые действия. Улучшать процессы. Находить повторяющиеся ошибки и лишние ручные операции, предлагать изменения в учёте и планировании, участвовать в подготовке рабочих инструкций.

Практический опыт управления запасами, планирования поставок или товарного обеспечения от одного года. Опыт работы с маркетплейсами будет существенным преимуществом. Понимание моделей FBO и FBS, этапов поставки и приёмки товаров, принципов работы с остатками и резервами. Умение рассчитывать потребность в пополнении, оборачиваемость и обеспеченность запасом, учитывать сроки поставки и изменения спроса. Уверенное владение Excel: сводные таблицы, формулы поиска и суммирования по условиям, сопоставление данных из нескольких выгрузок. Опыт работы в 1С: проверка остатков, резервов, перемещений и документов движения товаров.
