The posting

Осуществление межведомственной координации на территории КМО по вопросам спорта. Контроль за организацией предоставления дополнительного образования детям в сфере спорта. Определение основных задач и направлений развития спорта. Контроль за организацией работы по популяризации спорта среди различных групп населения, проведению муниципальных официальных спортивных мероприятий. Утверждение и реализация календарных планов спортивных мероприятий КМО. Содействие обеспечению общественного порядка и общественной безопасности при проведении на территории муниципального округа официальных спортивных мероприятий. Осуществление контроля за соблюдением подведомственными муниципальными учреждениями, осуществляющими спортивную подготовку, федеральных стандартов спортивной подготовки в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. Организация разработки проектов и участие в реализации муниципальных целевых программ в сфере спорта, участие в реализации федеральных государственных целевых программ, областных государственных целевых программ в пределах своих полномочий. Подготовка предложений по формированию бюджета КМО в части финансирования спорта, участие района в федеральных и областных целевых программах, мониторинг исполнения бюджета КМО в части расходования целевых средств, выделенных на финансирование спорта. Разработка и представление ежегодных докладов о состоянии развития спорта на территории КМО и их влияния на состояние здоровья населения, о положении молодежи в КМО в целях информирования граждан. Соблюдение правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, правил служебного поведения муниципального служащего, регламент Администрации КМО, порядок работы со служебной информацией и документами. Соблюдать правила делового этикета с руководством, коллегами и клиентами управления и Администрации КМО. Осуществление полномочий по внутреннему финансовому аудиту. Разработка плана и программы по осуществлению внутреннего финансового аудита, подготовка заключения о проведенных контрольных мероприятиях.

- высшее профессиональное образование, как правило, по профилю муниципальной деятельности; - стаж работы не менее 3-х лет на муниципальной должности не ниже старшей должности этого профиля или общий стаж работы по профилю замещаемой должности не менее 5-ти лет; - теоретическая подготовка и опыт практической работы по опыту замещаемой должности; - знание законодательства Российской Федерации, Кемеровской области-Кузбасса, нормативных и регламентирующих документов в объеме, необходимом для исполнения настоящей должностной инструкции; - знание ПК в объеме пользователя.
