Осуществление руководства и контроля за ходом рекламной акции с целью повышения востребованности продукции фирмы; разработка хода рекламной акции с расчетом затрат на ее проведение; участие в определении рекламной стратегии на основе выбранного курса раскручивания занятия фирмы; выбор конкретных способов размещения рекламы телевидение, стенды и так далее, их совмещение для достижения лучшего результата; изучения спроса пользователей, чтобы выбрать наиболее приемлемый вариант размещения рекламы и сроков проведений акций, определение конкретных пользователей, для которых и осуществляются рекламные акции; написание рекламных слоганов, составление дизайна плакатов и других видов рекламы, контроль качества их выполнения, а также контроль за тем, чтобы в тексте, на плакате и других видах рекламы не были нарушены правила и законы; осуществление контроля за разработкой и реализацией соглашений по осуществлению рекламных акций.

Знать основы законов в области коммерции; азы экономики и предпринимательской деятельности; экономическую ситуацию, складывающуюся на рынке; порядок формирования цен и налогов; правила и способы рекламы; правила организации и способы ведения рекламных акций; правила составления и подписания соглашений на проведение рекламных акций, а также их организацию; методы сбора, обработки и хранения информации; компьютерные программы; опыт ведения рекламных кампаний отечественных и иностранных специализированных предприятий.
