Формирование и ведение воронки продаж квалификация лидов, определение потенциала клиента (объёмы, регулярность закупок), распределение по приоритетам. Первичные переговоры и назначение встреч выявление задач клиента (инвестиции, производство украшений, коллекционирование), согласование формата взаимодействия (опт/розница, разовые/регулярные поставки). Участие в отраслевых мероприятиях - представление компании на выставках, ведение переговоров на стендах, сбор контактов, фиксация договорённостей и последующих шагов. Геммологическое консультирование разъяснение характеристик камней (цвет, чистота, огранка, вес, происхождение), помощь в выборе под задачу клиента. Подготовка коммерческих предложений расчёт стоимости с учётом объёма, условий оплаты и логистики, формирование прайс-листов и спецификаций под клиента. Согласование условий сделки сроки, способ оплаты (предоплата/отсрочка), упаковка, страхование, доставка, валюта расчётов. Оформление документов подготовка договоров, спецификаций, счетов, актов, сопроводительных документов (сертификаты, отчёты лабораторий, таможенные/декларационные формы при необходимости).

Понимание характеристик драгоценных камней цвет, чистота, огранка, вес, происхождение; умение объяснять эти параметры клиенту простым языком и соотносить с задачами (инвестиции, украшение, подарок). Знание методов облагораживания и обработки камней способность отличать природные характеристики от улучшенных и корректно доносить эту информацию клиенту. Работа с сертификатами геммологических лабораторий понимание, как читать и проверять сертификаты, на что обращать внимание при сопровождении сделок. Базовые геммологические знания приветствуется профильное обучение или курсы по геммологии; умение проводить первичную оценку и распознавать типовые признаки. Знание правовых аспектов оборота драгоценных камней декларирование, оформление первичных документов.
