Управление закупками и логистикой: Контроль себестоимости продукции, условий поставок и оборачиваемости товаров (в зависимости от специфики бизнеса). Финансовое планирование: Участие в бюджетировании, контроль расходов, ценообразование и анализ рентабельности Работа с ключевыми партнерами: Проведение стратегических переговоров с крупными клиентами и поставщиками

Релевантный опыт. Обычно требуется от 5 7 лет опыта работы на руководящих должностях в сфере продаж или маркетинга (например, руководителем отдела продаж или директором по развитию). Успешный трек-рекорд. Подтвержденный опыт увеличения выручки, запуска новых продуктов или успешного выхода на новые рынки. Стратегическое планирование. Умение разрабатывать коммерческую стратегию компании на несколько лет вперед. Управление продажами и маркетингом. Глубокое понимание современных каналов продаж, воронки продаж, инструментов digital-маркетинга и ценообразования. Финансовая грамотность. Умение работать с бюджетами (P L), читать финансовую отчетность, рассчитывать юнит-экономику, ROI и маржинальность. Аналитическое мышление. Навык анализа рынка, прогнозирования спроса и оценки действий конкурентов. Лидерство и управление командой. Опыт формирования, мотивации и развития сильных команд (продажи, маркетинг, закупки). Переговорные навыки. Умение вести жесткие переговоры на уровне первых лиц компаний и ключевых клиентов. Ориентация на результат. Высокий уровень личной ответственности за выполнение KPI всей компании. Стрессоустойчивость и адаптивность. Способность быстро принимать решения в условиях неопределенности и меняющегося рынка. Знание английского и польского языков (на уровне Upper-Intermediate и выше) обязательно для международных компаний или при работе с импортом/экспортом.
