Руководить подчинённым персоналом по поддержанию требуемого уровня готовности, закреплённых за СПАСОП: - автомобильной техники; - специального и пожарно-спасательного оборудования для выполнения задач по противопожарному обеспечению полётов, ликвидации ЧС, проведению аварийно-спасательных работ, тушению пожаров. Подготавливать и проводить теоретические и практические занятий: - с подчинённым составом СПАСОП; - с работниками и персоналом аэропорта Советская Гавань, являющимися членами АСК; Разрабатывать локальные нормативные документы, регламентирующие деятельность службы, подготавливать доказательную документацию по сертификации аэропорта Советская Гавань, в части СПАСОП. Обеспечивать и организовывать обучение, тренировки работников службы, членов АСК по проведению АСР на ВС, спасанию и оказанию помощи пассажирам и членам экипажей ВС, по работе с оборудованием, предназначенным для этих целей. Руководить персоналом СПАСОП по подготовке аварийно-спасательного имущества и снаряжения, текущего ремонта пожарно-спасательного оборудования и автомобильной техники для содержания в постоянной готовности к выполнению задач по предназначению. Готовить документацию по аттестации работников СПАСОП, при необходимости нештатных специалистов на статус спасателя . Организовывать и руководить проведением работ по аварийно-спасательному и противопожарному обеспечению полётов ВС, в районе ответственности и на аэродроме, работы по ликвидации ЧС, по тушению пожаров на объектах аэропорта Советская Гавань. Докладывать директору аэропорта Советская Гавань обо всех неисправностях пожарно-спасательного оборудования, имущества, техники, и принимать немедленные меры по их устранению. Проводить учения и тренировки СПАСОП, персонала АСК с привлечением сил и средств, привлекаемых по планам взаимодействия с г. Советская Гавань. Организовывать пожарно-профилактическую работу на предприятии: - не реже 2-х раз в год организовывать проведение пожарно-технического обследования объектов аэропорта, проверка внутреннего и наружного водоснабжения силами службы, членами пожарно-технической комиссии, членами добровольной пожарной дружины, с докладом о результатах директору филиала с контролем устранения выявленных недостатков; - регулярно проводить проверку первичных средств пожаротушения, в случае выявления несоответствия или неисправности принимать меры к их устранению; - проводить первичный инструктаж при устройстве сотрудников на работу; - организовывать проведение в филиале Аэропорт Советская Гавань обучение сотрудников по программе пожарно-технического минимума.

Высшее образование. Стаж работы на командно-лётных должностях не менее 3 лет или среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы на лётных, диспетчерских должностях, руководящих должностях пожарной охраны не менее 5 лет, прошедшее обучение по специальной программе и аттестованное на проведение аварийно-спасательных работ в установленном порядке.
