Организует труд среднего и младшего медицинского персонала в отделении. Обеспечивает правильность расстановки кадров среднего и младшего медицинского персонала. Ведет строгий учет прохождения сотрудниками отделения в установленные сроки необходимого периодического медицинского обследования. Контролирует своевременное и точное выполнение назначений врача. Ведет ежедневный учет поступления, перевода, выписки детей и матерей, а также движение детей внутри отделения. Контролирует выполнение правил приема и выписки детей медицинскими сестрами отделения. Контролирует качество осмотра и санитарной обработки всех вновь поступивших больных. Ведет журнал внутрибольничной заболеваемости детей. Контролирует выполнение персоналом установленного режима дня отделения и соблюдения противоэпидемиологических мероприятий. Обеспечивает и строго контролирует соблюдение правил антисептики и антисептики персоналом отделения, особенно в процедурных, манипуляционных кабинетах и т.д. Следит за четким соблюдением средним и младшим персоналом отделения, больными и посетителями правил внутреннего трудового распорядка и режима дня отделения. Контролирует надлежащее санитарно- гигиеническое состояние помещений. С этой целью регулярно проводит обходы отделения. Строго следит за соблюдением медицинской формы одежды. Ведет учёт цикличности генеральной уборки палат, боксов и других помещений отделения. Обеспечивает систематическое пополнение отделения медицинским инструментарием, медикаментами, предметами ухода за больными, их распределение и контролирует использование. Ежедневно составляет требования в аптеку на необходимые медикаменты за подписью заведующего отделением, получает в аптеке медикаменты в соответствии с требованиями. Обеспечивает правильность хранения и учет сильнодействующих, ядовитых и особо дефицитных медикаментов. Ведет строгий учет расхода медикаментов, подлежащих предметно-количественному учету. Обеспечивает сохранность имущества и медицинского инструментария в отделении и своевременный ремонт оборудования. Составляет сведения о движении больных, контролирует своевременную сдачу историй болезни выписанных больных; обеспечивает своевременное получение из архива историй болезни, составляет графики работы и протокол на зарплату сотрудников отделения ведет табель Учета использования рабочего времени сотрудников отделения. Ведет необходимую учетно - отчетную документацию. Составляет график отпуском сотрудников отделения на год, Обеспечивает условия хранения лекарственных средств и изделия медицинского назначения в соответствии с их физико химическими свойствами и действующими правилами хранения.
